May I present to you: GLORY! Finally. The newest addition to my doily blanket patterns. This one might be my favorite yet. Hellooooo, pineapples. You can read more about it and see a few pretty photos on the pattern page, here. Go directly to the Ravelry page, here.
Many thanks to Casey from plus3 crochet for her help this week during my final revisions! She’s made a few Willow blankets, so go check out her blog!
by the way–
I’ve crocheted a few Glory blankets for the shop…
If you aren’t a crocheter, check back at the end of the week for info on how to purchase one!

I think I’m in love.
Love Casey! Such a sweetheart. And LOVE the new blanket! I have your other patterns, look forward to this new addition!! xo!
oooh i love this! and i love that you’re still sticking with buffy names :D
fabulous!
Glorificus! I almost called it that. haha
I think I knew they were Buffy names before but totally forgot! I want to make Glory in red now!
Oh my gosh…my heart is going pitter patter…I will be buy this when I get home from work…I have Willow love now I have Glory love!
That’s so beautiful! I’m trying to make a doily rug out of T shit yarn but it doesn’t look nearly as great as your blanket.
thank you!
I have thought of making one out of tshirt yarn! I would have to make a smaller version, as these are w/worsted and pretty large. I should start fiddling with it..
I have pictures of what my rug looks like so far on my last post at oddsandendsbykaley.blogspot.com. It’s going remarkably fast, except for making the yarn!
It looks great! I can imagine making the yarn gets a little tedious after a while! I wonder if using a jersey bed sheet would work? It’d be a huge piece!
This one is gorgeous (not that the other ones aren’t but I literally gasped at the first pic). Love!!!
You’ve outdone yourself with this pineapple one, Lisa! Love this it. The ones you made look so pretty lined up in a row.
Love Glory! I’ve been drooling over Casey’s Willows too! LOL at the Buffy names – I’m currently giving my amigurumi names!
Just a big thank you for your work on this pattern – I bought it yesterday and started it tonight. It’s the first pattern I’ve purchased for myself, I’ve always used freebies or had books as gifts, so I’m excited about this one :) 12 rounds in so far and I’m really enjoying it! It’s olive green, but as it’s coming together quite quickly I’m sure it won’t be long until other colours are dotted around the house ;) Nat xx
I think my couch is incomplete without one. So gorgeous Lisa!
wow! i really need to practice my crochet skills!
Your article was one of the most insightful and well-written pieces I’ve read on this topic.
