![]() ![]() I made a contraption for my nikon/duaflex, today. The purpose of the contraption is to be able to take photos through the viewfinder without any glare on the glass. I got a few light leaks, so I need to tweak it a bit. I’ve heard good things about lining it with felt, so I may give that a go. My current knitting project is a beret for my sister, but I also still need to finish that second orange kid sock. I just finished a scarf for Warm Women and I encourage all you other knitters, crocheters, and seamstresses to contribute, as well! It’s a goodknits call to arms, needles, hooks, and thread! Be good with your knits.
I didn’t have a contraption handy (directions printed, supplies ready, just need some time), but I think I got some decent shots with my D40. This will surely tide me over in photography obsessions now that I’m 5 shots away from running out of film for my Spectra. Please don’t be mad if my next few Project 365 photos are shot “through the viewfinder.” That would be TtV from here on out. There’s a whole AMAZING group on Flickr devoted to these photos. So much inspiration! It was the reason I started a bidding war on eBay for my Duaflex. I was outbid at literally the last second and then ended up doing the same to some unsuspecting person out there. I don’t know you, but I APOLOGIZE! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I can’t wait to start taking photos of humans through the viewfinder! |
