the stitch-monster-ruffley-scallop-edge-blanket of doom is finally finished!! I bound off 700 stitches. SEVEN HUDNRED! ah!
Pattern: Round/Pinwheel Baby Blanket
Yarn: Bernat Satin in sea shell, taupe, and white
Needles: 60″ US 8 circular
Border: scallop edge worked after increasing to 450 stitches.

I had been wanting to make a giant-granny square afghan for a while (like this one @ the purl bee), but then I decided I didn’t really like it with the colors I had, so I switched patterns at the last moment.
