I’ve started crocheting Christmas things. Yes, I know–the turkey hasn’t even been cut! Alas, Christmas is pretty much twice as pretty as Thanksgiving. I’m inspired by the Christmas season. A week later is the new year and who doesn’t LOVE the new year? Hmmm?! The fresh start, the resolutions, the hangover. I can’t wait.
I’m not sure if I will be partaking in the hangover part. It will be the first new year celebration, in which I’m not pregnant or nursing, that I’ve been a part of in…ummm 6 years? WHAT! I know. I may just have to save up and buy a bunch of cherry lambics to waste the night away with. Oh, how I love a good Kriek.
Anyway! Those blurry babies are also my little additions to all Etsy purchases from goodknits through the middle of next month. I’ll share them in more detail before the end of the week! I’m a smidge excited about them. They’re so dainty and cute.
I think I’m gonna like them! Even blurry they are still cute~!

thank you!
how can you not be in the christmas spirit? target has ALL there christmas decor up already! here in ohio we have a beer called christmas ale by great lakes brewing company. it most definitely gets you in the mood ( and a lil’ tipsy too.) btw. love the idea of the additions to your purchases, too sweet.
ohhh my husband and I (though mostly my husband) have been sampling the many different holiday cervezas around these parts. One of the good ones we found has subtle hints of peach and pecan! It’s lovely. I’m not the biggest beer fan, but I do love lambics, specifically those of the cherry variety.
Don’t feel bad…my blog is drowning in Christmas right now.
Your last post makes me wish I were better at gift wrapping! I either over-tape or it looks like a big mess. I can’t find my happy medium.
I just want to COVER my tree in them.
meee too! I might get a mini one to put on a shelf and just decorate it with doilies and lace.
You’ve just reminded me that I’m also free from pregnancy or BFing this year. Exciting!
it is exciting! I’m probably going to have one drink and pass out. ha!
oooo I saw an article once that made a beer float with raspberry lambic and vanilla bean ice cream. Did I tell you that already once? I feel a sense of deja vu.
I think you did! It sounds familiar. Delicious nonetheless! I may have to try it.
