Fred is a hooded capelette inspired by the pineapple collars of the olden days. I was seeking a similar style but with much more functionality. And so Fred was born. It’s whimsical & woodsy, but still classic & modest.
Yarn used for sample:
Less than two skeins (~700 yd total) Lion Brand Fishermen’s Wool [8 oz (227 g), 465 yards (425 m) each]

5.5mm (I) & 6mm (J)
