Yarns: Patons Classic Wool (100% Merino) in “Paprika” and “Taupe” & Lion Brand’s Vanna’s Choice (100% acrylic) in “Olive”
Needles/hooks: I (5.5mm) Clover Hook & US3 homemade wooden DPNs
Modifications: Sweater: double-stranded the wool, increased hook size; Booties: only purled the first 4 rounds on the toe/foot, then I knit until I decreased toward the ankle, which was a 1×1 rib.

I really, really, loved the colors choices here. They rang in autumn verrry nicely for me. I hadn’t even realized it was already fall until I started making these. I hope their recipients get good use out them. The sweater should fit a 3+ month old, while the hat will fit a 3+ year old.
