it’s st. patrick’s day! someone give me a beer.

pattern: "baby sweater on 2 needles" aka "February baby sweater"
source: Elizabeth Zimmermann’s Knitter’s Almanac
started: March 9
yarn: Caron Simply Soft Eco in Forest Floor.
needle(s): US 6 circular
modifications: I placed the sleeve stitches on holders and continued down the body part. I stopped buttonhole placement after the first 3 on the yoke. I plan on knitting the sleeves in the round.

365.75: tired & grumpy

it was almost 8PM when I realized I hadn’t taken a photo for the day. clocking in approximately 30 minutes in nap time for the entire day, he was obviously grumpy and not up for taking photos.

the pinwheel blanket I am working on is so monotonous and downright BORING. so, I plucked my handy knitter’s almanac off the bookshelf and started a "february baby sweater" [in March, no less!]. I love Zimmermann. This is definitely my most used knitting book.

how old am i again?;)

i had a pretty decent day, thrifting, and hanging out with 2/3 of my boys. no cake nor a happy tune that goes with it, but whatever. i have some cute new shoes i spent less than $2 on and a few old needleart leaflets. good day, now good night!
