booties–
Pattern: Saartje’s booties in the round

Hat–
Pattern: spiral striped hat (no pattern. just cast-on half in blue, half in gray and then spiral the colors up)

Can you answer a question about the spiral hat to me, please? SO if my hat has 80 stitches to begin, do I cast on 40 blue and 40 grey? Then when you spiral up do you offset each row by say 2 or so stitches? I am clearly not looking at this right. It is such a cute hat. Thanks for your time.

I think you have the right idea. I can’t remember exactly what I did, I just knew I wanted to avoid having to hide the jog in my stripes!
